Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of astrixsolutions.com and the Astrix client platform. By visiting the site or signing up for a service, you agree to them. We've written this in plain English so it actually means something.

The deal in one paragraph

We provide AI infrastructure (voice receptionist, missed-call recovery, client dashboard, conversion landing pages). You pay the agreed monthly fee for as long as you use it. We deliver what we promise. If we fall short, we make it right or refund. You own your data; we own the underlying platform code.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@astrixsolutions.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be 18+ and have authority to bind your business to this agreement.

Payment + cancellation

Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your client portal or by emailing billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no pro-rated refunds for unused time unless we explicitly agree.

Setup fees are non-refundable once we've started the build, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Astrix to send unsolicited SMS or robocalls, violate TCPA / CASL / GDPR, impersonate anyone, scrape competitors, or process data you don't have lawful basis to process. We'll suspend accounts that do, and report what we're required to.

What we provide vs. what you provide

We provide:platform uptime (target 99.9%), the AI agent runtime, the dashboard, integrations we've listed, and reasonable support.

You provide: your phone numbers and integration accounts (Twilio, Meta, Google), accurate contact info for your business, and prompt responses when we need input during setup.

Intellectual property

Your customer data, recordings, and conversation logs are yours. You can export them at any time.

The Astrix platform code, design, and brand are ours. You get a non-exclusive license to use the platform while subscribed — not to resell it, white-label it, or fork it.

Anything you publicly post about your results, we may quote (with attribution) unless you ask us not to.

Service levels + uptime

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we drop below that, you can request a credit equal to the affected portion of your monthly bill. We rely on Vercel, Supabase, Twilio, and VAPI; their outages count against us, but third-party API failures outside our control don't.

Liability

We're not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. This isn't us being callous — it's standard SaaS practice and the only way we can offer the price we do.

Termination

Either party can terminate for any reason with 30 days' notice. We can terminate immediately if you breach Section 04 (acceptable use) or fail to pay after 14 days. On termination we export your data and give you 90 days to retrieve it before we delete.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada (the jurisdiction Astrix operates from). Disputes go to arbitration in Toronto unless one of us is allowed to use small claims.

Changes

We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes get a 30-day email notice. Continued use after the effective date = agreement to the new version.
