Astrix (“we”, “us”) builds AI infrastructure for service businesses. This document explains what data we collect when you use astrixsolutions.com or the Astrix client platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain English first; legal-grade language second.
What we collect
From visitors to this website:standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location (city-level), device type, referrer, anonymized IP. We use Vercel Analytics for this, which doesn't set cookies and doesn't track individuals across sites.
When you book a demo or contact us: the name, business name, email, phone number, business niche, and any optional notes you provide. We store this in our Supabase database (US region) until you ask us to delete it.
From clients using the Astrix platform: call logs, SMS conversations, contact records, appointment data, and integration tokens (Twilio, Meta, Google) you explicitly connect. All scoped per-client with row-level security — no cross-client access ever.
What we don't collect
We don't use third-party advertising trackers (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok pixel, etc.) on our marketing site. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with brokers.
How we use it
Demo-request data is used to contact you about a demo and, if you become a client, to onboard you. Analytics data is used to understand which pages perform and where the site is broken. Client platform data is used solely to operate the services you signed up for.

We don't share your data with anyone outside this list without your explicit consent.
Cookies
The marketing site sets one preference cookie (theme/dark-mode detection) and a Vercel session cookie for analytics attribution. The client platform sets an auth-session cookie (HTTP-only, secure) so you stay logged in. That's it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@astrixsolutions.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK/CA residents — your GDPR / UK GDPR / PIPEDA rights apply in full.
Data retention
Demo-request leads we don't convert are deleted after 24 months. Client platform data is retained for the life of the account plus 90 days after cancellation. Analytics data rolls off after 13 months.
